Dear,
Our weekly video blog-magazine from last week continues this week, but with a slightly different format. Instead of connecting all the segments into one long video, we are dividing them into separate youtube videos to help you find your way around. If we ever figure out how to condense what Harav Ginsburgh says into 2 or 3 minute sound-bites (don't hold your breath...) we'll try to connect them into a faster paced single video.
The first segment from this week's Monday night shiur is on the parashah, parshat Terumah. It is titled, " A golden crown, all around" and is a tremendous example of how deep even a very simple (albeit wondrous) phenomenon in Torah can go and how much meaning it contains.
We also added another video for parashat Terumah. Even though this short piece was taught by the Rav a year ago, the connection with the segment on A golden crown all around is very clear. It is titled, " 2449," and you can only guess what it will be about.
Three more segments are planned and they should be going up before Monday of next week. Look for them on our youtube channel. They are titled: - Mind and psyche: Hunter and hunted
- Torah and science: Angular motion
- Chassidut: The Temple and the Tabernacle.
English transcripts of this week's lectures
Please note that the content of all these transcripts/notes was neither seen nor reviewed by Harav Ginsburgh, so all the mistakes are mine.
Wishing you a Shabbat Shalom, Rabbi Moshe Genuth
