Sometimes you just can't plan how the day will go. Last Friday, our young son-in-law was admitted to the hospital with what the Dr.'s called "a 7 centimeter mass" in his stomach. Those are words that pierce the heart and put you immediately in a fear, trust, and faith mode. It is difficult to keep the mind from going wild with possible outcomes. Well, it turned out to be an appendix that had ruptured days ago. Now that's no small deal, but a surgery and a few days later and now he's home. Thankful. That's what we are. So appropriately, I'd like to send a video about thankfulness. And I want to be thankful. Not just when something happens, but always.
