Shemot! - This Shabbat, Friday January 13, 2011, the Torah portion will be Parashat Shemot, the first reading in the book of Exodus, which extends from Exodus 1:1 - 6:1.  The Haftarah reading is Isaiah 27:6 - 28:13; 29:22-23 (Ashkenaz) and/or Jeremiah 1:1 - 2:3 (Sephardic).
