Message 2-12-11 Tetsaveh-You Shall Command Exodus 27:20-30:10 Ezekiel 43:10-27 Introduction The Children of Israel are commanded to bring pure olive oil for the ner tamid in the sanctuary. The Parashah ends with an elaborate description of the incense altar. The haphtarah picks up from this element, with Ezekiel describing a restored Temple in which incense is offered to God. The Creator will return to that newly rebuilt Temple and dwell within, much as was promised in the culminating moment of Shemot/Exodus 24.   Shalom Chaverim! Today the standards of our dress and clothing has dropped to the standards of this word. We are to be set apart for Yahweh in all ways and our clothing isn't supposed to be any different.
