The Restoration of Torah Ministries’ Think Tank

 Strictly speaking, a think tank is an organization, institute, corporation, or group that conducts research. The term think tank itself, however, was originally used in reference to organizations that offered military advice, most notably the RAND Corporation, formed originally in 1945. Until around 1970, there were no more than several dozen think tanks, mostly focused on offering non-partisan policy and military advice to the United States government, and generally with large staffs and research budgets. After 1970, the number of think tanks exploded, as many smaller think tanks were formed to express various partisan, political, and ideological views. Some of you may be familiar with many of the conservative (and liberal) think tanks around.

Well, RTM doesn’t have a “large staff and research budget,” neither does it give military advice to the US governmnet. So, what is the RTM Think Tank?

If you have studied the Torah lessons on this site (The Parashat HaShavuah Link) then you know that Adonai has arranged His eternal Words thematically. Furthermore, you've seen many examples of how themes converge to teach many, many truths. Well, I'd like to follow-up by presenting you with more studies designed to show you how the scriptures come alive when you begin to make thematic connections! These are fresh revelations not covered in the Torah lessons. You will find teachings devoted to uncovering some of the staggering number of chiastic structures and parallelisms found in the Word. But we don't stop at uncovering them. We will examine them for their theological content. Shalom Fellow Israelite,

When addressing the subject of YHVH's planned harvest, we need to consider an important Torah statute:  "You shall not sow your vineyard with different kinds of seed, lest the yield of the seed which you have sown and the fruit of your vineyard be defiled" (Deuteronomy 22:9).  Yeshua told a parable about a man who sowed in his field a good seed – wheat. However, during the night an enemy came and covertly sowed another seed.  When the time arrived for the harvest, it was evident that two different seeds had been sown (ref. Matthew 13:24-30).

As far as I can ascertain from the Scriptures, YHVH spoke of only one kind of seed that He was going to sow into the 'earth's fields'.  To Adam and Noah he told, to multiply and fill the earth but to Abram He made a promise that out of his loins would issue forth a seed that Sarah his wife would bear and birth.  This seed was destined to multiply and become a chosen nation that would fill the whole earth with fruit (see Isaiah 27:6).   Paul identifies this seed in no uncertain terms:  "That is, those who are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God; but the children of the promise are counted as the seed.  For this is the word of promise: "At this time I will come and Sarah shall have a son" (Romans 9:8-9; Genesis 18:10, 14; Genesis 21:12 emphasis added).    

YHVH has been overseeing the sowing, the watering, and the growth of this seed into its covenant destiny of multiplicity, just as He had promised to Jacob:  "I am YHVH the Elohim of Abraham your father and Elohim of Isaac; the land on which you lie I will give to you and your seed.  Also your seed shall be as the dust of the earth; you shall spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south; and in you and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed" (Genesis 28:13-14).  In the same declaration Elohim also decreed that this blessing (that was first given to Abraham) would be to the thousandth generation, and that this seed will be in all nations and will bless all the families of the earth.  Hence, there are several questions that this topic presents to us.

How are we going to know that YHVH has indeed been true to these promises?  Has He proven His faithfulness through the New Covenant that He made specifically with this seed, (see Jeremiah 31:31-33) according to which the seed's progeny would receive the Torah on the tablets of a circumcised heart, be anointed with the Holy Spirit, and would inherit the land promised to their forefathers?  Is it possible that the harvest would reveal which seed YHVH has sown?  In the second part of the above-mentioned parable, the farmer said to the workers: "Let both [seeds] grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, 'First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn ' " (Matthew 13:30).  The farmer knew how to take care of the tares, so that at the time of the harvest only the wheat would be gathered into his barn.   

One of the assignments of the Messiah is to bring in the harvest of the seed that His Father had sown.  We thus read about Yeshua in Luke 3:17: "His winnowing fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clean out His threshing floor, and gather the wheat into His barn; but the chaff He will burn with unquenchable fire."   Just as Yeshua knows the sheep of His pasture, so does He also recognize the seed that His Father sowed.  Because of the Babylonian nature of the religious systems of this world they will always harbor 'mixtures'.  On the other hand, the seed of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is unmistakable, because it is endowed by the Word of Elohim and has the faith of their father (ref. Romans 4:16), along with the anointing of the Holy Spirit (ref. Galatians 3:29).  This is how we are able to determine who the members of the household of Israel/Ephraim are today (at least a remnant thereof): they carry the above described markings. 

Expediency of political correctness is the rule of our day. By making use of dispensational doctrine and mixing it with Babylonian theology, we find ourselves misapplying certain scriptures just so as to be able to put foreign seed into the harvest bag.  But in this way we diminish the testimony of "the great day of Jezreel" (Elohim's great sowing, ref. Hosea 1:11).  YHVH warns that the foreign seeds will contaminate and defile the field and the entire next crop.   He says to the priests:  "When you brought in foreigners, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in My sanctuary to defile it -- My house -- and when you offered My food, the fat and the blood, then they broke My covenant because of all your abominations.   And you have not kept charge of My holy things, but you have set others to keep charge of My sanctuary for you" (Ezekiel 44:7-8).

The sanctuary of Elohim is the "house of Jacob" and until this house is fully restored by Yeshua, the rest of humanity has to wait before it can come in.  If there is no restored tent of Shem, which is now Jacob's, where will Japheth serve? (ref. Genesis 9:27). 

I'm very much aware of the scriptures that are used to include the foreigners. Yet we do not want to bring them in before it is time, as it will totally wipe out the testimony or witness of YHVH's faithfulness to the promises that He gave to our forefathers and their seed.  It is no small matter to be a false witness.  There are a whole host who have received the New Covenant that was given specifically to the "two houses" (ref. Jeremiah 31:31-33), but so far have not understood who their forefathers are, as their hearts have yet to be turned in order to comprehend this truth/mystery.  We need to pray for this multitude who are being blinded by the god of this world from seeing the truth of their Hebraic-Abrahamic (through the "promised" seed Isaac) roots. If we are less than crystal clear and make compromises, how will they find their way out of the doctrinal labyrinth? 

We are warned that in the last days "hunters" are going to be sent out with their swords and nets, if the hearts of the children (the seed) do not turn back to their fathers (Abraham and Israel).  For more on this subject see blog link:  The Watchman's Teruah.

It will come about in that day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who lift it will be severely injured and all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it. Zechariah 12:3 Shabbat shalom dearly beloved: These past weeks we have seen acceleration in the End Time scenario described in Zechariah 12 as many South American nations have moved to quickly recognize a Palestinian State.  At the same time the Arab countries around Israel are boiling with internal unrest and political upheavals, Egypt leading in this having ousted her long lasting dictator President Mubarak. The oracle concerning Egypt; Behold, YHVH is riding on a swift cloud and is about to come to Egypt; The idols of Egypt will tremble at His presence, and the heart of the Egyptians will melt within them."So I will incite Egyptians against Egyptians; and they will each fight against his brother and each against his neighbour city against city and kingdom against kingdom. Isaiah 19:1-3 Though Israel has had a peace treaty with Egypt for many years now, there is always been a tense relationship. However the relationship may become much more tense if the change of government becomes more radical Islamist. This political unrest is also in Syria and Iran. Ultimately Egypt will bow down the knee before Yeshua and will be in covenant with Israel! YHVH will strike Egypt, striking but healing; so they will return to YHVH, and He will respond to them and will heal them. In that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrians will come into Egypt and the Egyptians into Assyria, and the Egyptians will worship with the Assyrians. In that day Israel will be the third party with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing in the midst of the earth. Isaiah 19:22-24 ACCELERATION IN THE RESTORATION OF ISRAEL I woke up the other day with the word ACCELERATION. This is the second time since November of 2010 that I hear the word ACCELERATION in a very clear manner. It reminds me when Yeshua was celebrating the Passover Seder (“Last Supper”) with His talmidim (disciples) prior to His crucifixion. He spoke to Judas Iscariot and told him to hurry! As soon as Judas took the bread, Satan entered into him. "What you are about to do, do quickly," Yeshua told him. John 13:27 It looks like all the nations of the earth are at this point in the Valley of Decision concerning betraying Israel’s security and her rights to the Land of the Bible. The fact that South America has been leading in recognizing a Palestinian State is very meaningful! South America is full of millions of descendants from the Jewish Anusim; the Conversos from the Spanish Inquisition and YHVH is calling them back to RETURN home to Israel and to their identity as Jews. The Word of God speaks about them in Obadiah 20, And the exiles of Jerusalem who are in Sepharad will possess the cities of the Negev (South). Sepharad is the ancient biblical name for Spain. Many of those “Sephardic Jews” lost their identity due to the forced conversions at the time of the Spanish Inquisition that spread to Portugal and to all of Latin America. Millions of these “Converso Jews” or their descendants are all over Latin America! The mere fact that their governments are turning “pro-Palestinian” and are practicing unbiblical politics concerning Israel will provoke acceleration in their RETURN to their Jewish roots! There will be an accelerated awakening among them! They will cry, Restore our captivity, O YHVH, as the streams in the South (Negev). Psalms 126:4 The Government of Israel will find itself in need of quick answers to an ever growing number of those Returning Jews that were lost to Catholicism and will need to have an accelerated program for their restoration! They will settle in the Negev (South Desert of Israel) and will be a deterring force against the quick spreading of Islam in 55% of the Land of Israel. ALYAH IS THE ANSWER! The answer for the terrible pressure that Israel is in from within and from all around is actually ALYAH which is the term used for Jews to come up or to return to Zion. The accelerated growth of anti-Semitism all over the world will help ACCELERATE the Alyah of man Jews that would have never come other -wise! But, 'As YHVH lives, who brought up the sons of Israel from the land of the north and from all the countries where He had banished them.' For I will restore them to their own land which I gave to their fathers."Behold, I am going to send for many fishermen," declares the LORD, "and they will fish for them; and afterwards I will send for many hunters, and they will hunt them from every mountain and every hill and from the clefts of the rocks. Jeremiah 16:15, 16 The time of the “fishermen” is coming to an end and the times of the “hunters” is at hand. Today the situation in the world, especially in the financial arena is much like before World War 2. Anti-Semitism or AntiZionism is on the rise as Moslems have managed to infiltrate most countries all over the world. Many Jews will find out very quickly that Israel is still safer and will return. All this will be very challenging for the Israeli government that will need all the help it can get in order to accommodate a growing number of immigrants in the midst of great pressure! Israel will have to build lots of housing in a HURRY! Your builders hurry; your destroyers and devastators will depart from you. "Lift up your eyes and look around; All of them gather together, they come to you As I live," declares YHVH, you will surely put on all of them as jewels and bind them on as a bride. "For your waste and desolate places and your destroyed land--Surely now you will be too cramped for the inhabitants and those who swallowed you will be far away. "The children of whom you were bereaved will yet say in your ears, 'The place is too cramped for me; make room for me that I may live here. Isaiah 49:17-20 CHURCH DIVIDED OVER ISRAEL And I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse and in you all the families of the earth will be blessed. Genesis 12:3  In the days to come people in the Church will be divided over ISRAEL. Jerusalem will become a very heavy stone, not only for the secular governments but for church leaders as well. This division and redefinition is also taking place in an accelerated pace. There will be entire church camps that will fall quickly into great deception for refusing to stand with God’s Plan for the Restoration of Israel. There will be great apostasy and growing immorality in many organizations for rejecting the Call to bless Israel in her time of need and for rejecting the Jewish Roots of the faith. On the other hand, many unknown ministers and preachers will arise suddenly with much glory and anointing to preach a radical End Time Message of holiness, repentance and identification with Israel. These things have begun to happen already but as of this year it will move much, much faster. I declared the former things long ago and they went forth from My mouth, and I proclaimed them. Suddenly I acted, and they came to pass. Isaiah 48:3 Israel is being re-gathered and restored in an accelerated pace in spite of all pressure and opposition from the nations. In the same manner the nations that are turning against Israel and are opposing its restoration will be swiftly and sternly judged. YHVH’s quick reaction will be seriously felt as He is very “sensitive” when someone pokes Him in the eye! For thus says YHVH of hosts, "After glory He has sent me against the nations which plunder you, for he who touches you, touches the apple of His eye. Zechariah 2:8 There is acceleration in the spiritual realm concerning REVIVAL. Those that will be swift to answer the Call to REPENTANCE will be mightily visited with many Angelic Visitations and will be given powerful weapons YHVH has opened His armoury and has brought forth the weapons of His indignation. Jeremiah 50:25a There will be swift judgment over all unrepented sin in the Church as YHVH will have a Holy People! Then I will draw near to you for judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers and against the adulterers and against those who swear falsely, and against those who oppress the wage earner in his wages, the widow and the orphan, and those who turn aside the alien and do not fear Me," says YHVH of hosts. Malachi 3:5 Adonai (the Lord) is calling us to Quick Repentance and Quick Obedience. The Time Clock of the Nations is ticking its last seconds, and then all Israel will be saved just as it is written! For I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this mystery--so that you will not be wise in your own estimation--that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in;  And so all Israel will be saved; just as it is written, "THE DELIVERER WILL COME FROM ZION, HE WILL REMOVE UNGODLINESS FROM JACOB."
