As a health teacher I find it amazing that the clean foods giving in this week's torah are best for our health and the unclean are unhealthy. But the idea goes beyond food. It's about the meaning of how to live a life for Yahweh. Separating the clean from the unclean. There are consequences for not being set apart for Yahweh and He reminds us in our downfall that are actions are often the result of our disobedience.
