(Weekly Torah Teaching) Noah was a wholehearted and righteous man during a time when all living beings had corrupted their ways on earth. There are many lessons we can learn about our health, relationships and other areas from this great man.
Did you know Noah ate a raw vegan diet when on the ark during the destruction of the world.
Our Creator gave Noah important health tips before anyone else, such as what foods were best to eat and what should always be avoided.
