Dear,
Weekly video
The weekly video was added on Tuesday to our youtube channel. If you are not subscribed yet, I highly recommend doing so. You will get instant updates when new videos are added, and not have to wait for the weekly newsletter to watch Harav Ginsburgh's class. This week's video is titled, " Our father is still alive." (Click on the link to watch).
When Joseph finally reveals himself to his brothers, he asked them, "Is our father still alive?" The sages explain they could not answer because they were frightened by his rebuke.
Where is the rebuke in these words? Why is Joseph's rebuke compared to God's rebuke to each and every one of us?
Transcript of weekly lecture
As some of you may know from other sources, Rav Ginsburgh has limited himself to giving one class only every week. The classes are given as part of a joyous and happy farbrengen on Monday nights. The whole affair is usually between 5 and 6 hours long.
This week, you can read a translated transcript of everything the Rav taught this last Monday night. He usually includes a segment on halachah, one on the weekly Zohar, and teaches one ma'amar out of Ayin Beit every week.
Special video
During this week's Monday night farbrengen, Harav Ginsburgh handed out "Dmei Chanukah" to everyone participating in the farbrengen. We've been waiting for this for quite some time, and are happy to be able to include a link to a video of the proceedings.
Wishing you a Shabbat Shalom, Rabbi Moshe Genuth
