The health watchman?

That also through them The האור Light, רפואה The Healing and The ואהבה Love of ישועת יהוה Yeshuath YHWH may come back to הארץ The Land of Israel?

The question is, is it the skin disease that make's a person unclean or their heart? How can the people be made clean again? We talk about this in this week's Torah Parashah.
